Program Manager

• Oversees the daily management of OHSNI’s operations

Nursing Support Managers and Social Worker

• Responsible for providing continuity of care, discharge planning, informing family and staff of patient progress, providing crisis management and overseeing child safety issues, within their particular scopes of professional practice. 
• On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Support Care Coordinator

• Books interpretive services
• Sends medical consult to the correct specialist
• Books medical consultations and any supporting tests.

Interpreters

• Inuktitut/ English Interpreters provide communication services for patient, their escorts and hospital personnel
• On call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
