To ensure the safety and respect of everyone staying at Larga Baffin, they have a few simple house rules. 

No alcohol is permitted in, around, or on, the property.  Anyone that is caught drinking alcohol will be asked to leave Larga immediately. They will not tolerate alcohol use or abuse.  If there is severe or repeated abuse of alcohol, you will not be allowed to benefit from the services of Larga Baffin Ltd. on your current visit and possibly on any future visits.

No abuse of any kind – no verbal, physical or sexual abuse will be tolerated, towards other residents or Larga Baffin staff.

No illegal street drug use.  Anyone caught with illegal non-prescription drugs will be asked to leave immediately. 

Larga Baffin is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Ensure you keep your valuables with you at all times.  If you are going to be admitted to hospital, while under the care of Larga Baffin Ltd., we will gladly hold your valuables in a secure place. 

Cigarette smoking is allowed in clearly marked areas only.   There is no smoking in the two houses, this includes all the bedrooms and bathrooms.  There is no smoking near the doorways or in the vans.  If you are unsure where the smoking area is please ask Larga's staff.
