1. Please page OHSNI’s on-call nurse at 613-788-1432.

• a. A nurse is available 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week. 
• b. The nurse needs to contact the funeral home to make the necessary arrangements. 
• c. The nurse will call the patient home community and inform the local nurses. They will assist the northern members family cope with the news.

2. Reassure the family that OHSNI will make all the necessary arrangements to send their loved one home.
