THERE IS USUALLY A NURSE IN THE OFFICE FROM 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM from MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

• There may be times when the offices hours are shorter. This can occur when one of the nurses is on holidays or  travel duty. 
• Remember there is always a nurse available – page 613-788-1432.

• When you call our pager-- after the beep, type in your complete phone number (and if needed add the hotel room number); then hang up and the nurse will call you back.

To ask for an interpreter, call the nurse at pager 613-788-1432.  She will assess the situation and call the interpreter, if needed.  After regular office hours, and on weekends, the on-call interpreter is reserved for emergency situations only.
